In our opinion, creating or optimizing vulnerable income streams for transitional assets can provide for greater margin and downside protection in today’s marketplace than purchasing existing return in core properties, currently overpriced due to their perceived safety.

Through our active investment management we see a significant opportunity to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns in the value-add real estate space (properties with a meaningful vacancy or in need of renovation, repositioning including change of use, redevelopment), especially in alternative assets, by identifying physical, operational, financial vulnerabilities or limitations and assessing potential improvements.

As seasoned investment managers with solid local hands-on experience across Italy and Europe, we believe in our capability to assist our Clients to ultimately transform value-add investments into core quality properties by both increasing net operating income (NOI) and decreasing asset level risk once having executed our unique asset level business plans.

Stefania Passeri

founder & managing partner

Stefania has over 22 years’ experience in the investment management industry having held fund management, business development and client relationship in Torre SGR, Babcock & Brown SGR Fimit SGR and Healey & Baker.
She headed 18 fund structuring and formation processes (ordinary and contribution funds), was responsible for fund management totaling AUM in excess of €3.4 billion, originated and coordinated value-add projects in real estate multiple industries (office, logistics, residential incl. social housing, retail, hospitality) for over 2 million sq.m.
She holds a Bachelor and Master degree in Civil Engineering from “La Sapienza” Rome University.

Gabriele Pompei

founder & managing partner

Gabriele has an extensive experience including 15 years in real estate Investment Management (chief officer roles in business development, investment management and capital markets) and Financial Services (management consulting in the banking sector) in K2Real, Sorgente Group, Condotte Immobiliare and KPMG.
He originated and approved over €1.5 billion investments, managed development projects in real estate multiple industries for over 1.8 million sq. m. He started up strategic business units, established joint-ventures at international level, guided companies through cultural change management.
He holds a Bachelor and Master degree in Computer Engineering with Management from “La Sapienza” Rome University.
